The Porcelain & Steel Dry Erase Board with Origin Trim is a dry erase markerboard constructed of porcelain and steel and engineered for superior color contrast with markers. Its dry erase surface provides smooth writability and easy erasability with no ghosting. Choose from a silver, anodized aluminum trim; a solid wood trim in a medium oak finish; or a solid wood trim in a mahogany finish along the top and bottom of the board with a black, anodized aluminum trim and injection-molded plastic corners along the board's left and right sides. This whiteboard also has a magnetic surface that adds to its versatility and allows for presentations and learning with magnetic appliqu??s.

This Porcelain & Steel Dry Erase Board has some added extras that are beneficial in the learning and the business environment such as TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliance and a 1/2"-thick MDF (medium density fiberboard) core that resists moisture and protects against warping. The aluminum trim board (only) is Cradle to Cradle Certified as a Silver and SCS Certified Indoor Advantage Gold board that has demonstrated material healthfulness, material reutilization, renewable energy use, water stewardship, and social responsibility. Moreover, the aluminum trim board (only) is Class A fire-rated board. These Origin-trim whiteboards are made in the USA and are available in several accommodating sizes.

Please make your request for either an exchange or return to by calling 1-800-898-0280 as quickly as possible! Exchanges and returns are time-sensitive, and we cannot help you if you wait too long before contacting us. Remember to keep your original box and make sure that products remain in a new condition to assure problem-free return.

Our policies are specified below. Unauthorized returns will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges: If a customer places an order accidentally for an incorrect product, onestopergonomics.com is often able to arrange an exchange of that one for the correct item if we are notified of the problem within 30 calendar days of the original purchase. In those situations when we are able to provide an exchange, the customer will be given an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number to write on the returning address label, not on the returning carton. The original item can then be returned to us (at customer shipping expense) and the original purchase will be credited for the original amount, less the original shipping cost. The account credit will be arranged after receipt of the returned item only if the product is returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The replacement item and any applicable shipping charge is invoiced separately.

Custom and special order items, as well as items designated as "non-cancelable" or "non-returnable," are not returnable or exchangeable, nor can the order be canceled.

Returns: All requests to return an item, rather than exchange, must be made to us within 30 days from invoice date. No returns will be considered if we're notified after 30 days from invoice date, and returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from onestopergonomics.com Returned items must be complete, in original packaging, and in new condition. All returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. International orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Damage: Any claim for damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to check for damage upon arrival and report said damage immediately to the carrier and to onestopergonomics.com. Our liability on a properly filed claim is limited to replacement of product with same or equal value.
